Education with the support of the ESF

The company uses for education and professional development of its employees, among other things, subsidy programs, which are covered by the European Social Fund and the State Budget of the Czech Republic. From April 2009 to December 31, 2010, the company drew support for the professional development of employees in the project "Educate yourself!" (OPLZZ). As part of the project of the Union of Manufacturing Industries, the company received from 2009 to 2012 the support for training its employees from the project "Development of human resources…and to overcome the economic and financial crisis" within the OPLZZ. From April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012, the company was involved in a project from OP LZZ / GG Educa I "Development of key specific competencies of DEL a.s." The educational activities of the project focused on increasing the knowledge and skills in the field of HIS - SAP. Another project was "Professional professional growth of DEL a.s. employees", within the OP LZZ / GG Educa II. The project was implemented from 1 February 2011 to 31 January 2013 and activities were focused on vocational training of employees. In June 2013, the company received financial support from the OPLZZ for the implementation of the project "Corporate Training for DEL a.s.“. Activities were implemented from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2015 and focused on vocational training of employees in the field of construct, design and technology SW and cross-curricular education in the field of foreign language and IT. At present, the company uses the support of professional training of its employees within the project POVEZ.
