DEL considers education to be crucial. It is one of the pillars, we want to build on in the future challenges of new modern technology.

Since 2009, the company has been using, among other things, the possibility to draw funds for the education of its employees from the resources provided by the ESF.
DEL is also a partner in a number of initial education activities. They aim to bring the technology closer and popular with primary, secondary and university students. In the long term, we provide practical lessons for students of technical secondary schools. Since 2018, DEL Future Lab has been working at the company, where high school and university students can learn about the basics of robotization, automation and the principles of Industry 4.0.
