Electrical controlled drives

The department of electrical drives solves complete electrical drive designs according to a given application, including regulation analysis, creation of software, setting parameters of convectors and tuning with technologies. We use controlled drives technologies from a wide range of manufacturers – mostly Siemens, ABB, Lenze, Omron -Yaskawa, BoschRexroth, SEW-Eurodrive and others. The frequent use of new certified safety functions is required because of the stricter legislative requirements in the area of the machinery safety and also in the area of controlled drives technology.

Most drives control is carried out by the PLC systems via a communication busbar (mostly Profibus, Profinet, CAN-bus etc.).  In drives of more complicated equipment and lines there are programmed e.g. regulation functions of a pull (winder), torque links between mechanisms or position or speed links = synchronization and cam functions of various manipulators  and feeders, or fast accurate multi-axis interpolation via “motion control” function in the servo gauges.

In case of reconstruction of older equipment a mechanical adjustment is designed according to different mounting dimensions of new engines. In many cases we replace unreliable mechanical linkages by electro-technical linkages using synchronized servo drives.
